  who knows and i are going to tokyo, kyoto, kobe and hakone at the end of next week.

  last march was our 40th wedding anniversary and our gift to each other is this trip.. does anyone have any recommendations re restaurants, attractions, etc.?.

  If you have time, i recommend to visit Nara. Its not too far from Kyoto and its my favorite place in Japan. Last april i went with my friend to sleep in forest next to Nara Park, alongside with many deers.

  "Worlds Apart" A danish movie about a young coming of age Jehovahs Witness , screening on SBS2 tonight in Victoria

  i know their have been screenings of this movie before , but this notice is for any newbies here that may not have seen it previously.

  it is scheduled to screen at 10:25 pm on ch.32 sbs2 sun.25/8/13 .

  maybe other states in australia can view it on-line , or request it be shown by sbs in their state.. it is an interesting movie , and apart from minor flaws , pretty accurate despite the beard,though i am told the danes are a bit more liberal than the west.. the real / actual jehovahs witness this story is based on has a cameo appearance near the end of this movie in the train sequence.. please let me know if you watch it and your thoughts about it .. smiddy.

  fyi to anyone who hasn't seen it.

  i noticed it is avilable to rent/own on itunes.

  i hoped it would be on netflix for free but i don't mind paying for a good movie.

  I've seen many complaining about elders having beard...

  It is allowed in Denmark to have beard. Imdb discussion about this movie has lot of jw comments, so funny :D

  And oh, i've seen it many times. Awesome movie!

  hi!.

  been reading this forum for 2 years and this site has been great help for me.. currently my situation is difficult, im slowly fading and trying to make new friends outside jw.. i fear of losing many friends and family members, but i know that some point i just have to do it, its my life not theirs.. havent attendet meetings for 2 years now, life is better and instead waiting armageddon, im planning future to myself.

  i will tell more about my situations when im ready for it.... .

  Yes they are suspicious. In the beginning i made a mistake and said too much. I have sent email to one elder that i dont want any shepards to come visit to my home, so far they have respected my wishes(sent that mail over 1 year ago). I feel so free cause i dont need to do tgat kingdom bullshit(ministry, meetings, etc). But i feel like its just sunny before the storm...

  Another good thing is that my brother, who was in the beginning very angry, has started to grow long hair(not allowed where i live). Also he is smoking now :o
